Once the concept is established, we focus on detailed layouts and plans for ceilings, windows, lighting, technology, flooring and floor coverings early in the design development. We present these to you for discussions around how you and your family will function in each room. Key selections driving the design are reviewed together and the project budget is refined and established.

Design development continues with sourcing, selections and custom designs. We collect and present options for you for furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting and accessories. We collaborate with workrooms on window treatment details, pillows, embellishments and custom pieces. By the end of the phase, your future home comes to life through an approved design.

Project Administration includes the sourcing, selection, procurement, and delivery of your furnishings, materials, and decorative items. Following design development, the team issues a specification book and completes remaining purchase orders. We coordinate temporary storage and delivery and track orders closely. We do the hard work in the background while distilling important updates to you in consistent, clear communication along the way.

For new builds and major renovations, project administration may overlap with other phases depending on your project schedule. We pride ourselves on working seamlessly with the project team through design, preconstruction and construction, and we promptly respond to requests for information and submittals. We conduct site visits, issue drawings, elevations and sketches and attend meetings.

Our design team will administer all aspects of design installation including coordination of specialty contractors as needed. The execution of interior design includes visits to the job site to ensure work is proceeding in accordance with the plans and specifications, meetings with you and the contractors all the way through punch list.

Our closeout process is imperative to delivering a positive client experience. We provide detailed project manuals including care and maintenance instructions. Our digital package includes drawings and specifications, contacts and warranty information.
