Studio bSimone offers Owner’s Representation as a standalone service for complex renovations and new build projects. After spending over 15 years in large scale real estate development representing Ownership, Lauren has a keen understanding of what it takes to deliver a project successfully and in a streamlined fashion.

Every project is unique. Our scope is customized to fit the needs of you and your project. We work directly with principals as well as through family offices, designers or corporate executives.

Development, Design and Preconstruction
